Radka Vegrichtova, president of ACTA gave a presentation about translation quality management to students of the Institute of Translation Studies at the Charles University Prague on 21st March 2017.
Students received information about quality management system, ISO 17100 standard for translation services, revising and evaluating translations. They also revised a technical translation and evaluated its quality according to set criteria. At the end of the presentation, students asked questions about various aspects of cooperation between freelance translators and translation agencies.
